Home From The Trimmer

Got the car back from the trimmer today. Still a few small bits to do inside but pretty much the interior's all done. Probably not everyones cup of tea but it has turned out exactly how I had imagined. Seats look more orange in the photos instead of a deep red. Happy Chappy

Well that all depends on money. Like...I dont have any. So close and yet so far. I'd like to think early next year but we're building a new house and...you know how it goes. The engineers report for rego is a couple of grand, but at least everything left on the car to do is a couple of hundred at a time instead of thousands at a time. Driving me crazy, I want to get into it so bad
I actually drove it up the street yesterday. I couldnt help myself. First time its driven under its own power in OZ. Sounds absolutely wicked

The heater just has an on / off switch. Its one of the toggles on the dash. Along side that is a toggle for the nitrous fuel pump and then one to arm the nitrous itself. I dont think Ill ever grow up lol

Waaaaay cool Dave! Just mint. One of the best guage setups I've seen too. I want!! (Well actually I just want my car - Finaly due to arrive from QLD here in mere hours.. )

But marinally closer to the topic at hand, anybody have recomendations for trimmers in Melbourne? I don't know where to start...

Cheers, Deano

Nev that doesnt sound good. Hope its not too bad news. Thanks to everyone for the comments. This thing is causing quite a stir even just getting trailered around! Dont keep us in suspence too long Nev. I was winching the car off the trailer yesterday and stopped suddenly because I forgot to put the ramps on!! Got about 6" from the edge. Utter MORON!
