Diff case turned up today. Unfortunately they forgot to send pinion bearings, so couldn't build it. I deburred the case and gear set. Pressed bearings on the trutrack and bolted the crown wheel on.....that's it. Finish it tomorrow.

I have not got a full car shot yet but have just fitted this INDY intake with 950 TRE carbs to the 528 in my Cuda. Have had it running and all seem well, waiting on some 9x4 air cleaners. Yeah baby.

Well on the weekend i took the car for its first big drive...im very happy with how it all went . Drove it 100 klms on about half a tank may be a little more....alot better than i thought....gear ratio is good although at around 2000grand in top gear, which is 100ks the motor still wants to jerk you around, ill get use to that, it will be smooth in the 110 zone.......good oil, good temp. excellent power , blows SS commodores off, so all round i had a great cruise on sunday

Picked up a 6.0L + 4L65E combo out of a VZ Thunder Ute to go in to the Impala.

145,000K's on it.
