They look good Birchy. I still rekon they need the stamp though

Maybe one without the Z28 badge as you can clearly see it on the guard? They both look great though!!

I dont see how I could Chris.. If I did, no one would want it.
Take for instance what you said about the renders being $500-$1000 and that money could be spent elsewhere.. most people would think the same.
And given that its going to cost about $150 - $200 in printing.. how do you then charge for the 10+ hours of work.

I see why the renders cost so much... especially if they are good. Its much harder to create from scratch than work with existing material like I am.
One advantage they do have though is the ability to reuse the models.
At least once a good model is made it can be modified and coloured to suit.
This on the other hand, you're pretty much starting from scratch every time.. and without a clear direction.. you have to cut out multiple times to see what you want to go with..

Im getting better at cutting cars out though.. Daves Chevelle poster took me about 16 hours.. but all the cars had to be cut out.. I only cut out 1 for this one. 2 if you count the previous versions.

I will say this though.. cars are MUCH easier to work with than people... have you ever tried to cut out hair and make it look natural... at least with cars its all solid edges
