Anyone have or know where to buy a proportioning valve bleeder tool?

I've realised I need one of these to lock my prop valve in place next time I bleed my brakes. Does anyone have one I can borrow near Sutherland or know where I can buy one in Australia before I use ebay america?
It's a bendix style prop valve so needs a screw in tool rather than kelsey hayes so i can't lock the front of it unfortunately.
