eBay - as a classified ad
Just Auto
Gumtree

They're the 3 basics.

Unique cars for me.
I sold my LS powered Rodeo with a half page ad. Its all about the marketing!!!
It gets good circulation.
I also had it on e-bay but no interest.
Good luck with it.

Man I feel like there is no certain answer for this..

My last 69 Camaro I just sold on Carsales (you can opt to have it listed in unique cars mag when listed on carsales) First guy that contacted me through carpoint bought it.

Had it listed on ebay for about 3 months which only led to time wasters, low ball offers & people asking for parts.. FML.

The 69 I sold around 18 months ago, I sold on my first ebay listing.

Go figure?

I guess my preference if to list on Carpoint/Unique.

You can also post in car forums and include the links to any ebay, carsales, etc. sites.

Ive been looking into a 69-70 Chevelle, all the sites above have had the same ones on it for the last 12 months and not much turnover.

There is a lot of action on facebook these days too. Find your local steel bumper buy and sell group, Aussie Pontiac group, that sort of thing.

There is Facebook group/page "Unwanted or Unloved Project Cars For Sale or Swap Pre 1980 Australia"

https://www.facebook.com/groups/366009966870309/

You'll get a lot of dreamers and inane comments, but you might find a serious punter or two.

Tell 'em they're dreamin'

If you like any of them give them an offer, it's obvious they're asking too much. They probably imported them to make a profit just before the arse fell out of the market.
