Welcome Roger.
Your '69 is an awesome car with a great history! I have read a lot of stuff about it over the last few years on the yenko site.
If anyone is up for some light reading, click the link.

Finished up restoration on June 6, 2011 - left for our first big event the next morning - the USA National Chevelle show near Nashville TN . . .

Here's a link on the event by noted magazine writer
Geoff Stunkard with photos and the article

Beautiful car!

I thought I'd go back into the archives and dig this one out from 10 years ago, visit to Canada and a tour of a friends ,friends little collection. I got schooled on what a COPO was. The car was in need of a rest, worst in the collection but was great to see in the flesh, wish I would have taken more pics.

It was a documented car with a drug running history in the states. He had the door with the bullet holes against the wall of the shop for safe keeping along with the newspaper article on the day when the original owner got shot in the car.

Very Very cool Roger .. and well done in the hunt to buy it back again, top effort - I'm sure there'd be many others who have attempted the same without the Disney ending
