They're OK,
Just as the light was getting really nice,.... just as the sun was setting a rotten grey cloud came along...
Got a few more with the Rig I shot afterwards.

Been fairly busy lately thought Id bring everyone up to date on the 69.
Brought back a DSE power Steer 600 Box n pump from my visit to DSE in the US.
Fitted Vintage Air AC/Heater/Demist all pretty good except some issues with the original heater controls, one lever & knob was broken so fitted a VA digital slide control just had to make a panel to fit into the dash to carrly the controls.
Fitted Dakota Digital VXH gauges ,..wrok great except for crap OER fuel sender just not cooperating, need to fix so it reads full & empty when it actually is.
Bought Morrison Reel belts while at SEMA fitted OK except belt rubs on my neck ..
Fitted new wiring harness Painless Wiring however a few dramas as one wires missing for the Alt excitor & another had the color changed after much mucking around..
I was going to fit TIM seat foams n covers with some bolsters but freight was out of hand ,
So I had a pair of Recaros, which didnt fit as the bolsters hit the console.
So I managed to get hold of a pair of Mazda 3 turbo Black leather buckets, with after removing the original mounts & naking an adaptor fit the camaro mounts finally fitted but its very very tight width wise on the rails, turned out to be great seats & look very nice as I have removed the headrests.
Owhile we were fitting the VA AC we pulled the 350 Crate motor & put a kit in the T350 n checked the 350 all OK.
When we dropped the engine back in we fitted a large oil cooler for the trans & a small oil cooler for the power steer.
We done a big tidy up under the hood & cleaned up the engine bay & wiring.
After fitting the DES 600 PS box it improved the driving of the car tremendousley, however we still had problems getting enough caster, so I found a NIB pair of Global West upper TCAs & she now has 5.8 degrees castor which drives very nicely
While at Summernats I went for a walk in the halls where American Republic were selling wheels,...yeah you guessed it...
I got a great deal on a set of Boyds Junkyard Dogs in 17" 2 x 17x7 & 2x17x8s I did want 8s & 9s but junkyard dogs apparantley dont come in 17x9 as Im a bit old school I decided to stay with a maximum of 17" so i had some sidewall under the rims.
I finally managed to shoot a few quick pics tonight .
Ive managed to buy a Tremec T56 at the right price just gotta see about a new tailshaft flange for it. That or I might go witha T700R4 if its too much hassle.
A few things planned , I want to remove the bumper bolts and cut the bumpers to tuck em in a bit tighter n tidy the ends up, also want to look at a different steering wheel with less dish in it but still look a bit old school.
Headlight upgrade is about to happen just got to decide either HIDs or decent H4s with relays.
Also looking at moving the front spoiler back 4" (like Mark Steilows Mule) & making a bottom air intake to allow more air to the radiators, also cleaning up the Radiator support panel witha closout panel . Looking at making some sort of nice looking alloy braces to replace the standard tube Rad support braces
Also thinking about a Gulstrand mod relocating the top control arms to have a better camber curve in the front end.
I have been having problems with the crappy carpet that scame with the car as it wont stay tucked under the LHS sill panel or kick panels
So much for now.

Lots of work there Al

No need to do the Guldstrand mod if you have the tubular control arms. You don't need anymore castor and the arms have improved camber curve built in.
