A bit frustrating, but i'm getting there and this set up will be much stouter. I'll Hhopelly have all the gear early August

It seems to take for ever when waiting for parts. The painter came up with this colour and painted a tin for me.

That will look sweet mate.. I will go a little darker, but thats just my personal taste.

When are you aiming to have her finished, now that you have most of your bits?

Paint it black Stuart, silver will be too hard to keep clean and if your planning on taking it to powercruise it will get covered in rubber anyway

At this stage its going to be silver with light grey stipes. Made an executive decision and had the diff painted as its going in next week this is how it looks.

Color

The best color is BPB ( baby poo brown) because where ever you go it will take weeks before you need to clean it. Just one good flush and its detailed.

Has anyone done a Pink camaro in this country yet...

Black is for Goths and Silver is for trendies....

Be sure to post some pics please Stu, I am really interested in seeing what the 4 bar and Fab 9 is going to look like under there . Are you fully welding the saddles to the frame rails? If so are you going to use a TIG and then get it NDTed? That's what I was planning,to be 100% sure on its structural integrity.

Cheers,

Lynds

Geese Lyndsay, I can see the Engineer shinning through, I'm going to stick mine in with chewing gum.
You have seen the welds on your front sub frame, do you think they passed a NDT.

Ha ha I know mate, I am just a bit picky when it comes to welds and I have a supply of dye pen to do the trick. I'm having the front sub frame TIG welded as well, just to make it look puurty too
