Lego

I had lego when i was a kid, like everyone else. Somebody here at work made comment to me about how expensive lego is now days, so I've gone and sussed out some lego prices. Holy cow it's expensive now!!! Have you guys seen the prices of lego these days!!!!!!

I've got a mint condition Truck and Trailer, and Helicopter. I think its one of the technics kits, and measures about 500mm long assembled. It was assembled then stored away in the cupboard for years.

I still have the original box for it with instructions etc. I think from memory it was about $200 bucks back in 91-92, i reckon it's probably worth about $400 now based off other similiar kits on ebay. Something like this kit, but with a trailer and helicopter:

Think i might have to sell it, and buys some new bits for the camaro with the proceeds. Bigger kid, bigger toys.

So if you have some useless lego stashed, might be the time to cash it in. And anything else you find from your childhood, like original transformers, nintendos etc.

My parents sent all mine over this year for Hayden.... He's got a heap of it now...

My best mate visited us on the weekend and funnily enough we were talking about the stuff we had as kids and the EXPO that toured Aus in 84 I think it was...anyway he still has all of his from when he was a kid and also still has all the boxes and instructions in MINT condition along with all of the catalouges from that time. We dragged it down out of his parents garage on Saturday... He would have to have about 20 full Technic kits plus all of the accessories and extras... His parents must have loved him

Mine didn't hahahaha
