First thing that comes to mind-Joe Dirt..........and every time I think of his unique style of running

If WA is the gen 1 camaro state, then SA is the mustang state-the damn things are everywhere

Which state is the mopar stronghold?

Tire is USA spelling.. Tyre is English.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America...ng_differences

If we were talking Jaguars or Aston Martins, I'd be spelling it "Tyre".

..and stop calling them Bonnets and Boots. American cars have Hoods & Trunks, damn it!!

Yeah I think its because so many people here are cashed up from working on the mines and the sort of people that work on the mines are the same sort that like muscle cars.
Surprising I don't see that many Camaro's on the road. See heaps of Mustangs though. Don't think its just cause I have one, I normally notice any old cars around.

I do believe there would be more stangs in perth than camaro's Craig. I see many standard ponies around on a weekly basis, it almost seems that not many of them are as modified as many of the first gen camaro's owners cars, hence they might not have found this forum and/or be interested in its contents. Just a thought
P.s i dont work on the mines and im definatley not cashed up, my daily car cost me a whopping 200$ :P

My 70s fancy dress outfit. I honestly wish I could wear this all the time.

Yep I agree with all of that. I find alot of Mustang owners are older and like their cars original.
And I hear ya mate, I've just got a regular job earning an average wage but got my stang through smart property investing.

Well, I work in the mines... But I'm certainly not as cashed up as I'd like to be... Mortgage, kids and my wife doesn't work so I'm probably financially stable as the next bloke..

I was thinking of doing Oc safety at a mine/rig. Good for the coin but not sure if i could do the social isolation that comes with it...have a feeling i would get used to the coin and it always gets hard to leave a job when your used to the lifestyle it fuels. But then again i have no house or family to support so easy for me to say. have you been doing FIFO for a long time mitch?
