Oh how I hate it when they combine kilometers per hour with miles and feet.
Like the joy of a 5/16" bolt that your 1/2" spanner doesn't fit.

225.4...

140mph. Nice.

Do you remember your rpm across the line?
Cheers Steve
I don't remember the RPM of the top of my head but I am fairly confident it is only around 5000Rpm and in my sub 12 sec pass I was short shifting at 5700-5800Rpm I now have a few bugs to sort out as I had it a the Qld Autospectacular with a set of new Nitto NT05 which gripped as poorly as my old sumitomo ZR11s which were hopeless and really have to pedal the car.
But the c4 is getting stuck in top gear and either the carby float levels are out or fuel pump is not supplying enough fuel as it appears to now be starving for fuel in the deep end.
I only dared 2 passes and first was a 13 flat @ 106Mph and second was a 12.6 @ 107Mph and I am only 60' @ 2.0 to 2.2 I will try and add a video link later.

How much fuel pressure?
Maybe add a pound to see if that helps overcome the negative Gs.

I have just found that the secondary float level was very low so hopefully that explains the fuel starvation.
A video from Sunday in order, you can see in the second run it runs out of juice before changing into top and also 50metres before going through the timing lights.

I will have a play with it again but probably will wait until I get my MSD 6AL back in the car as I am running a borrowed Crane Hi6 at the moment and will also play with the timing curve (springs and stop) in the new dissy as well, but that will have to wait as I want to do a club run this Saturday night to a diner up the Sunshine Coast and a drive in on Sunday night.
Changing diff ratios is not really an option as I also tow a Caravan and also do a lot of highway Ks in it, drove it a 900 odd Ks on new years day and then did another 1400 odd Ks over the next few days, plus I drive it 200ks to and from the drags and it never gets trailered but its been on a tilt tray more than I would have liked.

Performance Thread 1/4 Times Terminal Speed 60

Hey guys,

Quick question that I couldnt find an answer to from searching:

Will the Stoptech stainless steel lines available at ft86sf fit with the Brembo brake calipers on the Performance Package BRZ? Im not sure if the fittings for the lines have changed.
