Bought some of their stuff to clean my Elky fuel tank and had some questions.
Posted an email via their website and get a call today from a friendly guy answering all my questions. Very friendly and I am happy with their follow up - I would been happy with a reply email.

I had the same good experience when I was not sure about a process with their product. Sent an email and then got a call back, great technical support.
