67 Camaro rear quarter lip cutting

Has anybody cut some of the rear lip to get some more tyre clearance as I think the rear lip being double panel thickness will be too hard to roll up

Had mine cut before it got painted.

Will need to be cut before it is rolled.

Be careful of cracking your paint as well. Heat gun the paint - stop it from cracking.

If your paint is good, I would leave it at a panel shop to do. Cutting is the easier part. The double wall metal may also provide some strength/integrity to that area. Would not cut it all away.[COLOR="Silver"]
