I wonder if this guy will stick to his word of not taking a cent under 80 grand if it goes no higher than the present $79,050.

Think those bids were bull****.. if the bids are under the reserve the bidder isnt obliged are they? but the seller can offer a 2nd chance for them to buy it if he wants?
is that how it works?

That's what I was thinking. He could of easily got a mate to put in dummy bids. If your only $950 short of your $80,000 your going to lower your reserve and take it. Surely. Or doesn't it work like that.
