Yeah I tend to agree to an extent. Too much plastic grille area on the front for me. Whilst it still looks like a cool car in comparison to what we get it just is a little "beige" for me. Dare I say it I think the mustang looks better, just have to whip out the back and punch myself.

Yawn. Ugly in the metal, proportions don't work; the waistline is way too high, anyone under 6'5" looks like a dork driving it, just a head peering over the top of the door and wheel. Panel fit on the car used for the big unveiling was questionable. Too much plastic throughout interior and exterior. No doubt it will still sell very well in North America.
Good chassis though, well done Team Aus.

Lovin the new tech in the 6th Gen, don't mind the looks and keen to wait n see what the new ZL1 & Z/28 will come out like - the new LT1 is already impressive
Plus, the SS is already entry level track spec with remote coolers
Now to wait until someone writes one off

... the Camaro will feature Active Rev Match in the SS, which uses a Tremec TR6060 six-speed, same as the fifth-generation Camaro. Active Rev Match blips the throttle on downshift for smooth shifting without any need to heel-toe.

Too cool - taking away an element of skill I know, but will save some the embarrassment of sounding like missing a gear on a Roadranger

They have lost the long lean and mean lines of gen1. Looks like a kids drawing of a hot wheels car... ridiculous proportions, roof too low, wheels too big. Gen1 is classic for more than just the age... they got it right first time then lost the plot.

I heard one report talk about a 4 door Camaro coming to Aus? Oh the humanity.
