Sorry Al, haven't been around much lately.
There has been movement though..... 383 Stroker LS is being built ... rotating assembly & cam are in, AFR heads are ready to be fitted, still some check measures and cam dial-in to be done. Full long motor in a couple of weeks. The body is in primer and straight as hell !!! Just getting another block back before colour but final colour mix is still to be decided. |

its loolkin good mate,....Id love a LS in my Effy....
Im hearing you ive got a heap pf parts here that wont fit for my F100 project,... Youd think when they say 2" steering column that the friggin brackets would actually be 2"..... then again the column aint ,.....so why am I surprised,.. feeling a bit demotivated atm,...but Ill get stuck in tomorrow arvo,... Sold my XR8 Donor car so its out of my road.... If I geta decent run,...Effys only really a week away from going Al.

Bottom end is buttoned up, just waiting on lifters before the heads go on.

It'll be heading to the dyno soon enough, first up will be to bed it all in, do some baseline power pulls with a carby manifold, then later with tunnel ram & injection. |

Holley Hi-Ram Lyndsay with injection ports on the manifold, 'EFI Hardware' throttle bodies on top. Haven't worked out plenum volume of butterfly sizes yet. Probably in the 40-45mm range.

whats the deal on the stroker?
High comp deal or you going turbos? I cant remember what you had planned? Im planning on building a high comp LS for my drift car so always interested on good LS builds.

hell yea!
sounds like a nice little package. Ive got a spare LS in the shed and wasnt sure what to do with it, but that sounds cool. Will be nice chunky idle
