I have a number of in the shed projects going on right now.
- Engine and trans and getting Camaro back together (Now I literally have everything back)
- Buick new extended upper control arms, all new cross shafts and ball joints installed, all painted up, will be replacing and have designed set up and got some fancy electronic tools to do my own Camber, Castor and toe set. Again everything here
- Working on a new veggie path and custom compost bin (twin barrel rotating
- where we live we are allowed to burn off using a properly constructed fire pit. One we have is a bit small, so new one in the works. We have palm throngs that drop - roughly 20-30 a week, so I burn off at least once a fortnight, new pit will acomodate the throngs without having to cut them up, just throw em in a light em up

This beer virus has put an end to my drag racing efforts for the season, so will most likely press on with Gremlin bodywork when the dust settles.

My Javelin is still in pieces, rebuilt the transmission at Christmas, but still need to sort out what I'm doing with the engine, most likely removing some performance parts and going back a bit closer to stock.

Had a short interruption to proceedings when the young bloke's Ford Courier POS blew a head gasket and I had to spend a couple of days in the shed installing a new head to get him back on the road.

I also bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee late last year, crazy I know, especially since it's unlicensed, but does have a 5.7 Hemi, but also with a blown head gasket, but it was cheap. Seem to be a sucker for that sort of thing, so have been chipping away at stuff to get it back to roadworthy condition, will make a good tow car one day.

I went on a car club cruise a couple of weeks ago (remember those???) and on the way home, noticed a weird clanking noise from the rear of the car.

When I jacked it up for a look, I saw that the upper rear trailing arm on the left side had broken away from where it attached to the bush on top of the diff.

Fortunately, I had a spare arm, but had to chase up a pair of bushes fairly quickly, as the car had just been booked for a music video.

I fixed it all up with a couple of days to spare, but it's a bit of an awkward job when you don't have a hoist.

I'm (sort of) glad it happened when it did, as I have to drive the barge to Melbourne to move my son back to Wollongong next week.[COLOR="Silver"]

It's not just the virus itself, the Aussie dollar has also gone down the toilet.
