So new pads, fluid & cylinders? The rears shoes wouldn't have been the "fade" issue you spoke of, so my money is on old fluid boiling sooner or pads glazing. Either way, great it's sorted. A brake service is the cheapest insurance out there Enjoy!

Thanks Deano, yeah I just figured while I'm at at it change everything. Yes pads were glazed and even to the point I had to replace the friggn rotors! Even the bolt kit on the Wilwood rotors got replaced because they were a bit stripped... no idea how. I was actually pretty lucky it didn't really bite me in the ass.
