If it's running GM pump you have to buy the shim kit to drop 400psi out of it. Standard GM is around 1200 and the mustang II is designed for 800. Not
Just twitchy it will also eventually blow the seals out. Can't quite remember the exact details but you also need a fair bit of caster as well. These two things made a big difference for me.
Dunno about the chev but I found it pretty easy to mount the wipers on the top side of the screen for the effie. Just ran two individual motors instead of the bracketry, sometimes they do wipe out of time so that's a bit different
