I know the kind of wheels you mean and I don't think these will work like that. think they will need to close the old holes and re drill using part of the old hole.

I bought a set of wheels. Turns out the front were a Ford PCD. No more Chev ones available for some times as US Mags is changing foundries. They said, at no charge to me, they would re drill them....
