Bolts depend on what you have used. If you have use torque to yield (TTY) bolts then you cannot reuse them, the threaded area should have started "necking" meaning...

I wouldn't go too far with the flooring coatings until you get the gearbox/LS3 in with the extreme subframe, I have a feeling you will need to cut out your trans tunnel to get the gearbox...
