Once the brake fluid is heated and expands it cant return to the master cylinder/reservoir due to the "check" and causes the wheel...

I am in the middle of fabricating a new alloy "drop" tank style fuel tank (bit bigger than the old 60l version) and i have noticed upon removal of my old tank that there is no vent line...

Nev68 - yeah wiring isn't an issue for me (am a dual trade mechanic/heavy diesel) so that is fine, more keeping all the original connectors...
