My 15 seconds of fame....

Picked up a 'Top Eight' trophy at the Rich River Rod Run last weekend.
Pretty chuffed about it too.
Of course all the glory should go to Mick Paddy for building it, i'm just the lucky one who owns it.
'Top Rod' also went to another one of Mick's awesome builds....and at least a 15yr old build at that.

A sneek peek at this weekends progress so far.
Adjusted the seat mounts (wasn't happy with the last fitment)
Welded up the remaining holes and another coat of red oxide on the floor.

Test fitted the diff just for fun.

Spun it over on the rotisserie.....ya reckon that didn't get the sphincter tightening??

4 hours on the wire wheel, more pics soon.

Love where you’re heading with the Nova Peter,
Very talented to boot too

Haha - all logic tells you that spinning the shell on the rotisserie shouldn’t cause any dramas even if it did get away - BUT - the ‘ol sphincter brake always slows you down right at the pivot point amplifying the drama

Keep it up mate - the streets need some awesome Nova’s roaming around ;)

Reckon I would have **** my pants to , turning that baby over....
That diff assembly looks the part, nothing better than a doing a dummy fit up, for me it helps with inspiration. By the way how'd you get on with the console repair.
