Well just got the GTX rego'd n legal last week. Doing some detail here n there with some to go [are they ever finished?] but all good.
Big is beautiful....ready to take on SS Impalas and Galaxies lol...
#s 440-4,Airgrabber, Mopar Perf. A518 4spd auto conversion, 3.55 8 3/4.w/perf axle package.

Drove it down to Brunswick Heads today for the annual show n shine, its 1st long run [well around 45min on the freeway]. All good n no dramas which is the main thing lol. It does have Rhoads lifters and while maybe good for torque n milage, they gotta go- they are just too damn noisy and annoying-[ good excuse for hunting 6-paks]

They diddnt have a 70 GTX in the Qld Transport system Dave, so maybe the only one in Qld I guess?

Wow, nice car.
I don't know anything about Mopars, except that I like the look the old Chargers, Challengers, Cuda's etc.
Is that a factory paint colour and interior trim?

Mine are only a little noisy @ idle and the thicker the oil, the quieter they get.
Maybe try changing the oil to 20W50 and re adjust them first ? It shut mine up quite alot.

Ya , but seeing you have to pull the intake to adjust 'em, I'll just throw in some new hyd.I reckon. That n maybe a 6pak lol
