1969 AMC AMX WTB rolling shell

Hello,

I'm posting to find an 1969 AMC AMX shell as a project car. If you didn't know these cars were also built in Australia by the Rambler brand but it never took off because there weren't the best bang for buck.
anyways I've been looking everywhere for a shell but haven't had any luck yet. I'm hoping to find some luck here.

Looking for;
1969 AMC AMX
1969 Rambler AMX

Was the AMX available here RHD ? :confused: I've seen a few AMI built Javelin's over the years and always thought they were a pretty cool.

Yeah the AMX that was built here was available in RHD. however, it was such a rare car that didnt take off it is hard to find today.

Just found a rambler javlin 72 401 v8 auto, RHD Aus built, on page 261 of the latest Unique Cars mag. NSW $ 27,500 . Is that the same as the AMX, it looks like one.

Is that the same as the AMX, it looks like one.
AMX is a short wheelbase 2 seater version, very similar to a Javelin

I looked at that one but I'm really interested in a rolling shell to work on. if i cant find anything ill probably look into the one you showed
