gday guys
been a long lover of the good old muscle cars and have always had a thing for the chevy impalas. especially the 67 and 68 fastbacks! even got my name tattooed in chev font along my forearm lol.
well moved here about 2 years ago with my trusty 5 speed ef falcon from melbourne, had an accident at work, recently got my compo payout, so can now sort of afford my impala!
only started looking around at them recently, thinking of importing but there are a few nice ones in oz for sale. only met a few people that have imported them selves and they have only had bad storys to tell. so not too sure which way to go about gtting one yet.
also gotta sell the falcon first as i dont want too many cars around the house.
well had a look around the site and am pretty impressed so looking forward to joining you all on a meet very soon.

Welcome mate, sorry ,you can`t be on here from perth if you don`t own a 1st gen camaro:D Just be careful with the new import rigmarole if you are thinking of bringing one over. I personally think have a good look around oz 1st.

lol yeah ive noticed there are a few 1st gen camaros around here.
well ive noticed this impala on ebay. let me know what u think. ive gotta go to melbourne this weekend for my mums birthday so will take a look at it.

Hi there, not a big fan of that model - 65 is the go in my opinion. but it depends on the reserve, looks pretty stock - i suppose it depends on what you want. How much do you wan to spend . Resto or dressed up ss or something ?

What Sheridan said...I mean who the hell would buy a 67/68 camaro instead of a 69 sheesh some people are insane:D but that`s personal taste for ya. I actually don`t mind the look of that car.
