Beware - Vinyl Roofs

Anyone seen worse roof damage than on this Gen2 Camaro that has just been soda blasted...and had a vinyl roof through its early life.

I looked at a Gen2 once that had left the factory with a vinyl roof, but had it removed at some point....some much bondo on the roof that a fridge magnet would not stick to any part of the roof. Not so hard to fix on a gen1, but there are no repro roofs for G2's. Beware?

ooo.. don't look too good.. If you can't get a new roof i'd be putting on another vinyl cover :p Or custom convertable perhaps :p

That would need new rear quarters as wel as the roof.. even i wouldn't try fixing that...

haha fish oil and vinyl it back... you wont have to worry until the next 40 years :)

always been weary of cars with vinyl.. never been a fan of it.
