Got too many warnings about the ingham car show so giving it a miss. Rockhampton has a 10 day automania which includes a street sprint ,drag racing,motocross,kart racing and show&shine. mid july, looks fun if anyone is interested. I land back in the country 2 days before the start but will be going if all goes smooth.

That people going there aren`t necessarily into cars just the party. As such there has been some damage to the cars so you need to be prepared to stay with the car at all times....as I have said before it sounds pretty much like the summernats where i saw handbags etc rubbed alongside mega dollar cars,it`s totally amazing the lack of respect some people have.

I`m back from the US on Wed before the show and shine weekend but gonna do my best to be there.

It hit about 100k`s north of me so the winds here reached around 150k`s I think it was. I do have a holiday place around where it hit and apparently it did a lot of pruning for me.
