Hi all,
Yes, it has been a while since i contributed but i promise I'll be on more often soon...
My 72 Cutlass is running a 425ci Olds big block on duel fuel currently but the quadrajet is playing up ( throttle plunger has a habit of sticking OPEN when you are trying to back off !! )...
I have decided to bite the bullet for the time being and go LPG only as i have a Gas Research twin throttle-body set up off a 308 Commodore I used to own sitting around gathering dust... it was excellent on the 308... no flat spots etc ... great power with no hesitation - like injection.
Now it has been a while since i played with LPG only and i wondered if any whiz-bang new carb or product is on the market now ?
Also ... i am in Hallam , just out of Dandenong and wondered if you guys use anyone close by your would recommend ?? As i will need to get the Cutlass towed as it is a death-trap to drive like it is.
