Looking for 68/69 camaro Bare Shell

Im not loooking for a complete caar

* NO ENGINE
* NO GEARBOX
* NO INTERIOR

the only thin i wasnt is a all the body panels and it needs to be a roller
so a diff and front end will be in order

i am new to the camaro scene and am unsure on which model had the hide away headlights, can that grill and light set be made to fit all 68/69 cars or dose it only suit a specific model

would like a shell with little rust but thats like asking for one gold plated

Simon,

67, 68 and 69 RS models all had hideaway headlights. The 69 model grille and as such hide-aways were different to the 67/8's

If the shell is not an original RS you can add hide-aways but you need different front guards as the mechanism mounting points are inside the guards. Now there are a ton of threads on camaros.net on how to mod non RS guards to take hide-aways

Don't know of any decent shells but there are plenty if you dig in the right places, would you bring one in from the states as far easier to find them over there
