Costs to set up and run a site like this...

Previously i ran a number of sites off MSN when it was free ... www.hdhrholden.com, oldsmobilesdownunder.com etc. and it was simple and easy for member to navigate ... though sometimes unreliable.

Well they closed MSN's freebies and now i would like to set them up something like this
