Need a Camaro in Melbourne For wedding 17/10
Is there anyone out there in melbourne that would like to earn a few extra bucks with their camaro on the 17/10.

I have a wedding booked for 4 cars and I am one short due to my mechanical work.

Hey Paul, just as a matter of interest how much would someone get for hiring his car out for a wedding. I don't mean the owner of the company, I mean like if I were to offer my services for the day.

its 90 per hour, plus kms if exceed 30 kms from cbd based on a rate per kms.

If you have all the accreditadation it would be around $120 p/h

just on this subject, what accreditation is required?

Do u need your own insurance? and is there a specific license?
I can't find anything about a special license needed in ACT.

Hi Gavin

In vic you need to do the following:

RTA chauffeur registration
Police check if required
Register for RHS, can only get this once police check or RTA licence offered.
Need to be a member of a club that operates in this environment, so that you are kept upto date with laws. Taxi Directorate requires this but does not enforce this.
RWC anually check
Insurance full comprehensive with public liability to a couple of million this is required thanks to one stupid ferrari driver who ran into a brick wall several years ago and injured the wedding party.

It works out to be $90 per hour, $100 with licences and fuel costs based on KMS past 30kms from CBD.
