Are you people tracking this.. ..

"Hello USAtoAUS,
Simple question....Where is MOCA (Mustang Owners Club of Australia) Forum member luke_007's refund?
As per your statement on the forum (30/07/2009) "Party “A” will receive his refund even though he broke his contract" when will this be?
Surely having the "cleared funds" in your account it would take little time to arrange a bank transfer.
Thankyou for your time and the quicker "the dust settles" the less damage being done to your reputation.
Yours Truly

Apparently funds were transferred to the importer to see and buy the car then at the last minute the buyer pulls out but the funds have not been easily obtained back.. sorta mess but a good lesson for people importing. The pretty well regarded importer has been around for a while but this is causing some very serious issues if you could see the trail, apparently a lot of people getting involved and moving around a lot of web forums.

I know there are a number of people that have imported vehicles with this company and we have a vehicle and many of parts due to be shipped very soon. I have all faith that everything will come without a hitch. They are very busy people, but I guess some customers are more patient than others. They have been very accommodating and have done a number of favours, above and beyond the norm, that I am very appreciative of. I have no complaints what so ever.
I know he is in Texas at the moment cleaning up to mess that this cancellation in contract has caused.
Just my 2c worth.

Please, no more commentry on this subject whilst the outcome of the negotiation is awaited.

Yeah I had a dummy spit the other night due to lack of communication.. turns out its a result of this deal...
Ive have had no complaints with them... aside from it is taking ages for stuff to get here, which happens, my only issue is the lack of communication from them.
Im only shipping parts, so I expected to be low priority, but communication is key if you ask me..no matter how small the customer is.
(I suspect they will be coming with yours rs/ss, is this the container you advertised as coming over back in May??)
And Im not saying give me your life story blow by blow... just update me as to when my parts are shipping or why not... so I know what to expect...
Nothing against Phil, hes been great.. and patient.. with me when I dropped my order in half.. and then changed parts... was all no dramas.
Agreed Nate,
no point adding fuel to a fire that has been put out...

Birchy , im expecting some large parts with Phil on the 4th sept supposedly. I ordered in may and paid in full. A couple of hic-ups but nothing major. Phils been cool to deal with but communication was a little lax at times.
wait and see. Is this the shipment your stuff will arrive with on the 4th??

Back in July i had asked USA to AUS for a quote on a Moser 12 bolt diff for my 67 Camaro, he kept on saying he could beat the price i had (which i ended up paying for it), but would not give me that better price after asking a few times i gave up as i felt he was not prepared to do business (abit suss) He did say it would be shipped in 3 months. So ended up getting Airfreighted in a week and half. So i hope you get your parts Gav as you will be pleased with your purchase.
cheers
Ben
