Inner Door Sound deadner

Alright, after cleaning out my doors, i think i better re coat the inside with sound deadner... what do i use? any off the shelf product? or is their a particular brand/type i need?

I want to do my rear quarters inside the boot too i suppose... what do i use?

dynamat FTW!... i swear by that stuff!! not cheap but worth the extra dosh.. pays off well .. any car audio shops stock the stuff :)
