Just heard Gazzanats are coming to WA!
Apparantly it will be at the Collie Motorplex on February 20th 2010.
Will be a great event and i will be there for sure.

Debby emailed this to me and is sending out some entry forms when they come out so i can forward them to you if you anyone is keen.. apparently it is limited numbers so you have to get in early.

Spectator/ Passenger, it was the best car show i have ever been to, so laid back and just full on fun. The facility is pretty damn good and they have signed a 5 year lease agreement and plan on some improvements. Never seen so much smoke in the cruising, everyone was just goin nuts, some people fried 10 sets of tyres on the weekend. Gary and Deb have the best attitude that it is an entrant show and wanna stick it up all these ****wit show promoters that try and dictate to how things are. This is not a show to be missed next year, well worth the drive.

Gary gets his rear qtrs fixed at the place that is building my car (Stylerod panels) - I've seen the camaro in the shop after a wild weekend and those qtrs take a beating....sure as hell looks like he is doing it for the fun of an awesome event and not just for the $$

Imagine, get up each morning and make money on planning events where you spend the event sideways or inhaling burning rubber....ah that is the life

I loved it!

Great weekend thanks to everybody breaking their necks to blow their tyres out in front of me :)

I highly recommend this event to anybody who wants to drive their car hard.

I will post some pics up soon and there will be coverage from me in Perth Street Car and Street Machine.

Sounds like i missed a good event, but racing tonite and this weekend so something had to give.

If i remember right, there was a limit of about 300 cars for this event, do you guy's know if that limit was reached and/or were any entrants knocked back, or was there less than 300 cars there. What was the standard of cars like compared to Motorvation & Powercruise

I see Fred did some engine damage in the burnout comp........

Yeah Fred said he only revved it to 7500 haha more like 9500.. ha who let the rods out ooh ooh..

Cars were 80% animals and so where the drivers:p Looked like it was full up but they have plans for next year.

Motorvation is a joke and powercruise is too compared to this. Heaps more track time, less waiting and more smoke.

Loved the event and everyone i have spoken to has only positive things to say about it.
I'm pretty confident that there will be a lot more people wanting to enter next year.

Of course it is, it's in Collie the bogan capital of WA. There is always heaps of tyre smoke around that place, not just when Gazza's is on...

...And i'm definately not complaining.
