Well time to let the cat out of the bag with this one this is the next car we are doing for the guy that owns the 57 chev, we are about 6 months into it, we started with a car that was originally a Hemi R/T,one of my collection, (I can here the purists screaming now) this monster will run complete XV motorsports suspension (which should be here by the end of this month) and weve ordered from Tom Nelson a Twin Turbo and injected 572 hemi, 1200 hp on 91 octane(our 94)
BMR 727 and gearvenders o/d,Moser track 60 dana.
these are the concept drawings that Ryan at stylemaster has done for us.

How do I clean drool of my keyboard ?

Seriously Shane, I gotta say you guys are quickly becoming Australia's top builder. If I knew about you when I started mine I would have it in your shop !!

PS - I like the full blue render, not a fan of the white roof, which way is the owner swinging ?

Thanks, kind words, a lot of people dont realise that SRC has been around for 21 yrs (this past easter) so its taken along time for us to get to were we are today(and some very good customers) .
Im likeing the same all blue theme but the customer likes the white roof, but theres along way to the paint stage so Ill argue my case then.

Looks good SRC. Any body mods planned ?

A lot of subtle mods, pull the bumpers in,smooth them off, a lot of attention to fit and finish.Ill start posting some pics soon,we,ve reskun the whole body shell(this was a rusty car)new floors etc,we basically have to restore the body to original before we start the mods.

This thing will be fully caged out so Ill drop bars down to the rails, but in reality everythings tied to the car by the floors tubs etc so the rails were really only there to hang the leaf springs from (which we are not using) in say a camaro or such were you would be still using springs then you would use gusset plates each side of the notch and a good thick wall tube cut in half for the infill of the notch.

Shane (the Rod God), good to see the "elephant" sitting in it's new home, just fits in ! Love those mounts..

Hey, you're not such a bad looking guy and the shop and some of the projects are looking good in this "Behind the Wheel" doco.

That shop is just magic!

Oh and how many toys are sitting in there.

But really... How "cheesy" was the clip? Kate might be easy on the eye... But serously, that was so fake and felt like she was taking the piss the whole way through. Made it painful to watch.

awesome stuff Shane, that car ROCKS!

as for the clip, great pice of production and fiming but the girl, well she is easy on the eye but itw was very scripted and came across very fake.
I have done some TV hosting on the now defunct Cruzin Tv that was on channel 31, I know I am not a pretty but I sure didnt sound that fake!

any cars you want to bring to WA for the Wa Hot Rod and Street machine Show Shane???????

it is a Meguiars qualifing round;)
