Excellent Marty we should organise something, maybe lunch at the casino or similar.

Managed to get the only official photographer spot for the show, so I'll have the dome all to my self after the crowds go at night to shoot what i want. Will be good to get the good shots of the cars without people in the way.

Sounds good, much easier to get some good shots without the crowds.

Is that one of those photos that you take an under exposed, an over exposed and a notmal shot?
I like them...

Yeah Mitch HDR, but I used one shot and a special program for doing HDR's. Don't need multiple shots but it helps

It looks awesome John..
Have tried it on modern cars and just can't get the right effect. Need strong colours and good curves

I had to look at that shot twice :)
The HDR really brought out the great colours in that car!

I love this effect.
I think I saw somethng similar in Street Machine magazine on a '63 or '64 Corvette.
I like the shot of the HQ coupe doorslammer (is it a model?)

Nope, that's not a model Nev. It's Zappia's new 5 sec weapon

The EJ is the best one of these I have done. The lines and curves are perfect and the colours just emphasize the lines.
The background of the rat was way too busy and cluttered and distracted from the car so I threw some blurring in the background. Gives a bit of a surreal effect, but way better than the original shot
