If I'd had the poly plates before I made the mounts it would have been easier.. since they done come with the double top holes (or in the same posi) as the std plates. The mounts were made with the std plate hole spacing, then I had to drill the poly plates to suit

Not mine, a mate recently bought it off ebay and had it shipped over. LT1, 4 speed auto. Some very neat tricks done in the engine bay, eg corvette master cyl assembly etc. Leather interior, 18" torque thrusts, billet grille, just a neat car all round. Needs a few finishing off touches for rego.

dump the torque thrusters and swap em for some rushforths,drop it about 3" all round and it would look killer. IMO!!

Thanks for the welcome guys, YenkoSC and YellaTerra69,,, yep Chris's old/New Camaro, I love it, and what a fine job he did on the rebuild.
It was the old case of, right time, right friend,, and this type of machine doesnt come along very often, so I couldnt resist.
I got it for my lovely wife, and she just love's driving it, (when I'm not that is) she feels special.
I also bought my HZ ute from Chris first, or from his son,,, (thats mine) ,,,,, but crikey,, I wish I had enough spare $$ to buy the Green Machine,, now thats a sweet sexy weapon as well.

Thanks Lyndsay,, I live in the same area as Chris, in Wandi, and that pic was taken recently on a cruise I put together,, we started from freo (munchies) then south to wells park (photo op) then further south and out through mundijong back to our place,, where we had a feed and some amber water! plus some of the guys did some skids on our 170sq metre concrete pad.. dem hoons! it was a great day.

Apparently this car is one of only 302 L89 optioned, and with RS. (396/375hp with alum heads) Love those OE hub caps! :D
