she looks fantastic- thanks for the link - but the emotional pull is too strong, I really want the 67 pillarless 4 door body. I have my 78 Trans Am - which is a blast to drive - so I am in no rush - but hope to have a impala by end of 2009. Cheers Kaz

both $12,000
I'd go with the one from QLD
i picked mine up for $4500 but i need to replace the rear quarters. these seem in pretty good nick.

thanks smote - appreciate your response. the ebay one is very close to me .. but it is pillared and there seems to be a lot of work required.. I might check it out anyway . The qld looks good for the price .. . If that car is okay that would be a good deal I reckon, but I would really prefer Aust delivered RHD.
I will keep looking Cheers Kaz

Gday all, in relation to the above post... I think I have just bought a 67 chevy impala 4 door pillarless, aust delivered...and I will pick it up next weekend. I will need heaps of advice on the best place in Victoria to get 67 chev parts (interior and mechanical)- she needs some attention.
Cheers
I apologise for leeching from your thread but I figure in terms of 'house keeping' it would probably be better off if I posted my 'I'm looking for a 1967 4door Impala' ad here instead of starting a new one.
So... Inspite of my dads protests I decided that I want an Impala. I'm looking more towards one with an L6 (so I can drive it whilst on my P's) to save me the trouble of having to switch out the engine however it's not really too much of a worry given that I love the car so I'm willing to put the time effort and money into it whether or not it does anyway. I'm looking for one in reasonable condition, so minimal rust ect;
Anyway sorry again and thanks

Smote - I wish the ebay guy would have done some interior shots. Trying to find a match for the interior cloth between the vinyl is really annoying me... I dont want to go for the furry cloth - I really want something that will match well.. but a few auto trimmers down here.. say they dont have that material.. and I would have to get it myself...
