Employment wanted needed section

Just a thought I know that lat G and pro touring .com have a employment wanted needed section, with todays uncertain economy and the fact that job sites like seek .com dont work, for us anyway,maybe a way for any of you guys that have bussiness' that need staff to find the right sort of person rather than someone that some employment service has sent you, we have a real hard time finding quality people and maybe this is one way to find them. Just a thought.

I like it alot. How many times do you find that it is people that have similar interests end up being your team members that become your key people and the companies interests at heart. I am over recruitment agencies and the usual chanels of advertising.
