oil pump pickup fell off n toasted the whole bottom end.
gettin married in feb so got no cash otherwise would have got it goin. gonna start lookin 4 a new job up north 4 sum cash. gonna get it regoed 1st before i will be at any more shows, spends too much time collecting dust.

I'm in Mine Control at the moment but was an underground fitter.... Was leading hand service crew at Jundee as well.

Been pretty succesful at getting fitters jobs at Jundee, but if you've been there before then you'll probably be a shoe in..

talk bout 2 steps forward and 3 back. colour on bonnet isnt quite right and needs to be redone (wishin id gone a 6" cowl for more clearance)and now ive also fitted a breather catch can and new alloy rocker covers.the back pockets been hurtin past few days..damn them hose fittings add up qik.

Have you checked the Motorplex website for your display area allocation yet Sean ? Where abouts will you be, I'll be on 6th ave. I'm in the 1st session on Saturday arvo for the burnout comp as well. Making my debut in the Snake Pit - cant wait :D :D

Im entered with the Perth-WRX tent on 4th as well.. will have to pop over and say g'day! Im also camping so cant wait for the celebrations on Sat night.. its going to go off!
Also Greg aka Tonner is promoting his biz (Stripped Bare) on the traders alley so be sure to show some support and pick his brain :D

no, not camping this year. i've camped both nites the last 3 years and you hardly get any sleep on friday nite and even less on saturday nite, especially if your anywhere near party central on 5th ave which you guy's are. drinking Beam & cola's all nite does'nt help either :D

Muggz, i'd love to have your camera mounted on or in my car for the burnouts. Especially as i did'nt get any video footage of my 2 efforts at Powercruise. I've got your number from one of your posts in the 4 sale section here so i will give you a call early on saturday morning to tee something up

serves you right for doing skids in front of my tent Sean.....hahaha. Watched you get directed to the exit gate by the skid nazi's. Great effort smoking the tyres all the way down the drag strip during the supercruise as well. Also watched 2 other cars get busted for the same thing in front of my tent on sunday as well.

Thanks for the comments guy's, was just happy to make the finals for the burnout comp but was wrapped to sneak into the top 10. The $200 prize money was a bonus but the wife did'nt think spending $320 on burnout tyres to win $200 was good economics :rolleyes: :D

Jamie you were spot on about the car not being loud enough, spoke to 1 of the judges as they were announcing the top 10 and he said the exact same thing - make it louder for burnout comps

The '55 was parked right next to me, his mate is building a 67 Camaro, spoke to him a few times during the weekend about camaro's. Correct Mitch, they're from Albany and they drove it up to Perth
