I am going again to possibly the last summernats in canberra if anyone is going let me know.

i hear that but i got told that 2 year's ago as well and the next year it was on so i hope not but ill be up there this year 1st time in 4 year's with no car more jd's 4 me

Last one ?? Bummer, i have'nt been since 2002 and was planning on going in 2010. Anyone know why it will be the last one or is it just speculation ?

I think when i went in 2000 it was going to be the last one, then same story in 2005 when i went the second time...

There is a demand for this type of show, so i think it will continue.

it's all speculation chic henry would like lower rent he got told no according to reports he says he wants it to stay but he needs it to not run at a loss so has suggested he may need to look elsewhere.....best time to negotiate is when the upside is just around the corner .....I just hope it doesn't have any trouble like some previous years

Yeah, it seems he wants cheap rent, but Government wants him to clean up his act. He told the local paper he has been in negotiations with WSID for next year. They seem to be keen and are willing to give him what he wants plus he can use there event insurance saving him thousands.
