Is it me, or does this seem $15-20k under value?

Ghost flames & big offset rears are not for everyone, but still.. some trick bits, very tidy engine bay & genuine 396... with a $25k starting price??
I must be missing something...

Does seem like a bargain esp if it is registered...I think the way cost of living is right now something like that is probably worth $40K

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't a 396 car have a 12 bolt and also be an SS ?
Not my taste but yeah, seems real cheap, I wonder what's wrong with it ?

Seems a mate new it via previous owner...Engine had a bad knock, power steering didn't work, had rust in the rear chassis and the paint was bubbly with a second rate flame job.

Of course these things may have been addressed since then, and $15k can do a lot to resolve them... But helps explain it a little I guess.
