Just got back from the WA GM Owners Day and thought I would post some photos for you all. There weather was pretty lousy with plenty of rain keeping many cars and spectators away.

Wow, some damn nice cars there, thanks for the pics.

I saw some build pics of that Green over White 58. An awesome build and the car turned out stunning.

Went for a look yesterday as well. Actually thought it was a better turnout of cars than the previous event despite the crappy weather. The green over white 58 has been on the WA show circuit for a fews years now and still looks imaculate. A couple of those 1st gens were 4sale as well.

The Camaros were arranged as part of an informal group setup by this bloke I know. There was meant to be at least another 5 Camaros, but I think the weather put them off. You were right, the cream 71, green 68 and yellow 67 RS were all for sale.

The 71 was in truly original condition with low miles. The green 68 is a real sleeper with a quality restoration and an angry 383 stroker. The yellow 67 is a beaut which was last licenced in the late 70's. It even still has the original spare in the boot.

Camaro get-togethers have been pretty informal to date, but given the number of them in Perth alone, I have often wondered whether it should be made a little more formal, maybe even start a club for them. I discovered another couple yesterday that I haven't seen cruisng the streets before.

Are the 'vettes showing at the freo prison like that have done in the past, Marty?

The 3x 1st gens next to each other i suspected was owned by the one person and im guessing he imports and sells them. He was handing out cards to a few blokes picking his brain :D

I'll keep sayin' it, you blokes have some nice cars in WA, and a good mix of models and a good turn out if the weather was ordinary.
