Do I have a short or long water pump??

I have a 67 chev camaro with a standard 327... Would I have a short or long water pump?? Is there anyway to tell??

If it's stock '67 it should be short.
If you can stick your fingers down behind the pump it' a long pump, if there is only about 2 or 3mm gap it's a short pump

To be sure you can measure and compare to the attached image.
