Hey guys new here, after a few months of looking finally got myself a tidy little 67. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v388/acb/14.jpg

Quick qn : are there any rear LED replacement suppliers in Aust? Have found a couple in the US after a quick search but just thought I would ask the qn.

Cheers

I bought the LED conversion kits for my 68 Camaro from these guys http://www.shiny-hiney.com/. I picked them up while I was in the States. Haven't fitted them yet, but they look really simple, were very well priced and they were really helpful. I know they are not in Aus, but the packages they came in were quite small, so I wouldn't expect the postage to be too much.

Thanks for that. Decent price - especially if it saves you from habib the taxi driver running up your 'orse. (sorry habib, still cranky after that red light you ran last week in front of my wife and put our main mode of transport off the road for 4 weeks)

Very nice acb. How about some more pics. See you chose the right year. I got mine from Dacota Digital. Excellent service and a perfect fit :)

I don't care for LEDs in this era of car, but www.americanautowire.com do sell LED kits for Camaros too. ;)
American Auto Wire / M.Parker are the same company that make Factory Fit replacement harnesses.
LEDs don't fade in and out like regular bulbs do. I think they look too "robotic".

Thats why I like em ,coz you get an instant burst of bright light. Its good that people like different things. Keeps it interesting. :)

yep thats the one. new 386 stroker, interior, diff, trans etc etc and v happy with final price. rear wheels are rumoured to suck small animals and children in with their gravitation force if you drive too close....

Made some up from an LED kit. Ok if you have done soldering on fine circuit boards before. Always a thought. Otherwise one of the US units would be fine.

the closest I have got to soldering is when I got a dick smith kit when I was about 12, so might have to go with ready made ...
