Hi Guys, looks like the fuel gauge in the Camaro is kaput, so i'll need a new one. I have my eyes on this:

However, i am not sure which exact gauge is suitable for the 69 Camaro. I emailed autometer, this was their response
Without actually being able to test the vehicle, it would be impossible to say for certain. That said, it is most likely that it is a 0-90ohm sender as is typical on most modern GM vehicles. 1969 is a tough year to guarantee as some of them still used a 0-30ohn sender. The best way to be certain is to measure the resistance of your existing sender with an ohmmeter. The part number for the 2 1/16" 0-90 ohm is 4714. We do not currently make a 0-30 ohm in the Carbon Fiber series. Hope this helps.
Can anyone clarify if a 0-90 ohm gauge will work?
Thanks
