It's just some 1/2-wit spamming.
They go to forum after forum, signing up just to post their adds. They are not car enthusiasts, and I doubt they're even in this country.
I used to get them all the time at HotRod's forum (where I was a moderator).

In the top left of all posts in the forum, there is a notify moderator link (the one with the exclamation mark). Just click on that so when the mods/admins check their email, they will know about it and take the appropriate action.

Don't reply in those spam posts either.
It keeps them at the top of the list for everyone to keep seeing them.
