I know Im putting the cart before the horse but I really like the idea of mini tubs. Has anyone had experiance with these. What sort of cost is involved. Shockers will need to be relocated of course but the springs wont be moved. Any information would be appreciated. :)

I bought the DSE ones but never used em..basically shocks move in and you ned to notch the frame rail about half an inch...also means a new tank as std tank won't clear new rails...but easy fix for god welder...I end up going whole new rails moved in 1 inch......but the minitub job is quite easy for a competent welder...and not expensive..I still have mine for sale..brand new unused just a bit of surface rust fro sweaty hands

Where abouts does the frame need to be notched. I thought they stopped AT the frame. How much do you want for your DSE's.

they notch just after they flatten out after stepping up from beneth the floor....probably only want 200 bucks for em as I aint going to use em..

Thanks cluxford. Im going to have a talk to the guy who did my conversion and who will do the tubs and see if he makes his own or not ( he has HIS way of doing things ). If I can use the DSE ones I'll definitely buy yours of you. Thanks

Cluxford, will those mini tubs be suitable for a 69 Camaro?
