If your car is built before the intro of ADR,s can you legally modify your engine
as you like ? My understanding is yes. No pollution infringments or noise rules back then :D
Anyway If you only used the Car manufactuers parts bin you will get heads, carbs, cam etc
Assuming the car is already registered, whats to stop you legally going for it :confused:

Yes you can go nuts on the engine ... there are no EPA requirments to pass, however there are still the noise standards that you need to comply with. Some people have told me different on calais turbo but EPA told me it had to pass todays standards (im not sure what they were i didnt ask, sorry)
